The Board of Directors of the Founders Walk Corporation would like share that the community gate code for guests in the upcoming months will be changed. Management has obtained reports that the gate code may have leaked to non-residents and this is problematic to the community. Residents should be accessing the community through gate remotes, as this prevents congestion at the entry gates. As a reminder, the gate code is a courtesy and the Board has a right to remove entry codes all together. We encourage you to obtain a gate remote if you don’t already have one (information will be provided below); some vehicles have the ability for you to link your vehicle to the gate as well (check your vehicles manual).

Gate remote information: you may order your remote at www.liftmaster.com or any other hardware store; The 375UT Lifts Master (2-button) is the type of remotes that is compatible. We can’t guarantee any other remote. Please call community care for assistance in programming your remote when you purchase it!
