Upcoming Projects and Fire Sprinkler Inspections

Your Board of Director’s at the Founders Walk Corporation have been working diligently with management to upkeep the aesthetics and property values in your community! In the near future, the Board will be reviewing seal coat proposals, community termite treatment plans, and a wireless access entry system for the Association.
By the same token, the Board of Directors acknowledges the diligence and efforts of the Homeowners during the recent 5-year Fire Sprinkler Certifications. With close to 300 units, only 5 units failed to complete their inspections and we’re inching closer to obtaining certification. We’d like to thank the residents of Founders Walk for helping make this task easier to manage as we move to gain certification as mandated by the Fire Department. The sprinkler repairs are scheduled for the end of September; this flier is available in the Board Portal for your reference!
