Roof, Gutter and Downspout Maintenance

The Founders Walk Corporation will begin it’s annual roof, gutter and downspout maintenance the week of September 23, 2019! Please do not be alarmed by technicians working on the community roofs. You may hear some steps above you, but rest assured that this annual maintenance helps protect the Associations roofs and helps prevent roof leaks during the rainy season! Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Upcoming Projects and Fire Sprinkler Inspections

Your Board of Director’s at the Founders Walk Corporation have been working diligently with management to upkeep the aesthetics and property values in your community! In the near future, the Board will be reviewing seal coat proposals, community termite treatment plans, and a wireless access entry system for the Association.

By the same token, the Board of Directors acknowledges the diligence and efforts of the Homeowners during the recent 5-year Fire Sprinkler Certifications. With close to 300 units, only 5 units failed to complete their inspections and we’re inching closer to obtaining certification. We’d like to thank the residents of Founders Walk for helping make this task easier to manage as we move to gain certification as mandated by the Fire Department. The sprinkler repairs are scheduled for the end of September; this flier is available in the Board Portal for your reference!

Gate Code Change Soon

The Board of Directors of the Founders Walk Corporation would like share that the community gate code for guests in the upcoming months will be changed. Management has obtained reports that the gate code may have leaked to non-residents and this is problematic to the community. Residents should be accessing the community through gate remotes, as this prevents congestion at the entry gates. As a reminder, the gate code is a courtesy and the Board has a right to remove entry codes all together. We encourage you to obtain a gate remote if you don’t already have one (information will be provided below); some vehicles have the ability for you to link your vehicle to the gate as well (check your vehicles manual).

Gate remote information: you may order your remote at or any other hardware store; The 375UT Lifts Master (2-button) is the type of remotes that is compatible. We can’t guarantee any other remote. Please call community care for assistance in programming your remote when you purchase it!

Founders Walk: Summer 2019

Founders Walk Corporation is excited for upcoming projects that the Board of Director’s will be undertaking between now and the end of 2019! The Association is planning to complete a slurry of the community streets, and has began exploring community-wide termite treatment and repairs! You may also be aware that we’re on the verge of wrapping up the required fire inspections for the sprinkler systems. We thank you for your cooperation, and we hope to be in compliance with fire code in mid-July!
